- 🦑 200g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
- 130g bean sprouts
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare the squid by slicing it into rings and clean thoroughly.
Slice the bell peppers and clean the bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (mirin, miso, gochujang, and garlic) in a small bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the squid for 2-3 minutes.
Add the bell peppers, bean sprouts, and enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the prepared seasoning mixture into the pan and stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
Serve hot with your choice of rice or other grains.
