- 🦑 2 semi-dried squids
Vegetables
- 2 handfuls of shishito peppers
- 🧄 2 handfuls of peeled garlic
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 1 red chili
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- A small amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the garlic, shishito peppers, red chili, and green onion.
Slice the semi-dried squid into pieces.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing red pepper powder, gochujang, minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup. Set aside sesame seeds for later.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat and sauté the peeled garlic until lightly browned.
Add the sliced squid to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well over medium heat.
Add the shishito peppers and green onion to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and optionally drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
