- 🦑 2 whole squids
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 chili pepper
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of pepper
- A dash of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Peel the squid, score it with a knife, and cut into pieces.
Slice the cabbage and onion thinly, and cut the green onion and chili pepper diagonally.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Blanch the squid in boiling water for about 10 seconds.
Heat oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry the cabbage and onion.
Add the prepared sauce and blanched squid to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the green onion and chili pepper, stir-fry briefly, and finish.
