INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (82.5g) green onion, sliced
Soy Products
- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu, diced
Condiments
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Cut the thick fried tofu into bite-sized pieces by dividing it into thirds vertically and horizontally.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan, add the tofu, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until coated with oil.
Add the canned mackerel and gently break it apart while stir-frying.
Add the green onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add ponzu soy sauce and pepper, then stir-fry to combine all ingredients evenly.
