INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Seafood
- 70g canned tuna (water-packed)
Vegetables
- 🥕 75g carrot, julienned
- 4 green beans, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Wrap firm tofu in kitchen paper, place in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool.
Julienne the carrot and cut the green beans into 1cm diagonal slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add carrot and green beans, stir-frying until the carrot softens. Add tofu and crumble it while stir-frying.
Add canned tuna and seasonings (mirin, sake, soy sauce, dashi powder). Mix well and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
