INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into 6 pieces
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve.
Cut the onion into 6 pieces and chop the green onion. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and green onion over medium heat.
Once the onion and green onion are cooked, add the drained tuna and all the seasoning ingredients. Stir-fry over medium heat.
Slice the chili pepper and add it to the pan. Continue stir-frying over medium heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
