INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 200g water spinach
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the water spinach into 4cm lengths and slice the red bell pepper into 5mm strips.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add the water spinach and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are coated with oil, then add the ginger and ponzu sauce. Mix well and cook until combined.
