Noodles
- 2 servings yakisoba noodles
Seafood
- 1 frozen squid, thawed
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/3 onion, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Toppings
- Bonito flakes, as needed
- Aonori seaweed, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Thaw the squid under running water. Slice the onion and bell peppers.
Julienne the ginger, trim the shimeji mushroom roots, and separate them by hand. Loosen the yakisoba noodles.
Heat half the salad oil in a frying pan, add ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add onion, shimeji mushrooms, squid, and bell peppers. Stir-fry until softened and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining salad oil to the pan, add the noodles, and stir-fry over medium heat. Mix in the seasonings.
Return the cooked vegetables and squid to the pan, and stir-fry everything together until well combined. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with aonori seaweed, and top with bonito flakes.
