- 🍄 1 handful oyster mushrooms
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the oyster mushrooms, cut them in half, and shred them into smaller pieces.
Slice the zucchini and onion into thin strips.
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the onion and zucchini over medium heat.
Once the onion and zucchini turn translucent, add the oyster mushrooms and continue stir-frying over medium heat.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, mix well, and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Serve the stir-fried zucchini and oyster mushrooms warm and enjoy!
