Main Ingredients
- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 💧 100g water
- 1 tsp strawberry powder
- 125g red bean paste
- 🍓 4 strawberries
- Cornstarch as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Mix glutinous rice flour, water, oligosaccharide, and salt evenly.
Add strawberry powder to the mixture and stir well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a microwave-safe lid and microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove the dough from the microwave, mix thoroughly, and microwave again for another 2 minutes.
Generously sprinkle cornstarch on a cutting board and stretch the cooked dough into a long shape.
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces using kitchen scissors.
Flatten each piece of dough into thin circles using your palm.
Remove the stems from the strawberries and wrap each strawberry completely with red bean paste.
Place the red bean paste-wrapped strawberries on the flattened dough and wrap them like making dumplings.
