INGRÉDIENTS
Tart Dough
- 🌾 110g flour
- 🧂 30g sugar
- 🥛 20ml milk
- 40g olive oil
Custard
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧂 20g sugar
- 🌾 10g flour
- a few drops vanilla essence
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🍓 1/2 pack strawberries
- 🧂 a sprinkle of powdered sugar
ÉTAPES
Combine flour, sugar, milk, and olive oil in a ziplock bag and mix well.
Flatten the dough inside the ziplock bag using a rolling pin.
Fold the edges of the dough inward to form a tart shape. Use a fork to create patterns on the tart.
Bake the tart dough in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix egg yolk, sugar, flour, vanilla essence, and milk.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir well and microwave for another minute.
Once the tart dough is baked, top it with custard cream and strawberries to complete the tart.
