Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Coating
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Sauce
- Tonkatsu sauce as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and coat the inside with flour.
Mince the onion, place it in a microwave-safe container, cover lightly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool.
Mix ground meat, minced onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl until sticky. Add corn and mix briefly. Divide into 6 portions.
Stuff the bell peppers with the meat mixture. Coat the surface of the filling with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in order.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the stuffed peppers for 6–7 minutes until golden brown. Serve with tonkatsu sauce if desired.
