INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetable
- 🧅 4 whole onions
Staple
- as needed plain flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
Herb
- a pinch of chopped parsley
Meat Filling
- 200g mixed ground meat
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
Tomato Soup
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tbsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Scoop out the center of the onions with a spoon and finely chop the removed parts.
Mix the chopped onion with the meat filling ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Dust the inside of the hollowed onions with flour and stuff them with the meat filling.
Heat salad oil in a pot and place the stuffed onions meat-side down. Cook on medium heat until browned.
Flip the onions, add the tomato soup ingredients, and cover with a pressure cooker lid set to pressure mode. Heat on medium-high.
Once steam is released, reduce to low heat and cook under pressure for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Open the lid, place melting cheese slices on top of the onions, and let them melt with residual heat. Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
