    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

ÉTAPES

1

Cut off the top and bottom of the onions (about 1cm each), then cut them in half horizontally. Remove the inner layers, chop them finely, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Let cool.

2

Mix ground meat, chopped onion, and seasonings (salt, pepper, ginger, breadcrumbs) in a bowl until sticky.

3

Dust the onion halves with cornstarch and stuff each with 1/4 of the meat mixture, forming a mound. Prepare 4 stuffed onions.

4

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed onions meat-side down and cook until browned.

5

Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cooking wine. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, occasionally spooning the sauce over the meat.

6

Plate the stuffed onions and garnish with chopped green onion.
