Main
- 150g ground meat
- 🎃 1 small pumpkin (470g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Filling
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the top 5mm off the pumpkin and remove seeds and pulp using a spoon.
Mince the onion and garlic. Remove the core from the garlic before mincing.
Mix ground meat, minced onion, minced garlic, and filling ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Stuff the pumpkin with the meat mixture and place 20g of butter on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by simmering all sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat until thickened.
Serve the stuffed pumpkin on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
