- 100g ground meat
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Other
- Sufficient amount of flour
- 💧 300cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the turnip stems thickly and hollow out the inside. Mince the hollowed-out parts.
Mix ground meat, minced turnip, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 4 portions.
Dust the inside of the turnip shells with flour, stuff with the meat mixture, and place the cut leaves as lids.
Arrange the stuffed turnips in a pot, add consomme and water, and heat. Once boiling, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
