INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🧅 50g onion, thinly sliced
- 💧 100cc water
- 2 tbsp sukiyaki sauce
Topping
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced diagonally
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and diagonally cut the green onion into 1cm pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a small frying pan, heat water and sukiyaki sauce over medium heat until boiling. Add chicken and remove any scum.
Add the onion and simmer for about 3 minutes over medium heat until the chicken is cooked.
Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 40 seconds until set.
Pour the remaining eggs into the pan and cook uncovered for about 1 minute while monitoring the consistency.
Serve the cooked ingredients over a bowl of rice and garnish with sliced green onion.
