INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
- 100g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Condiments
- 1 tsp salad oil
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces.
Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork belly until its color changes. Remove excess fat with a paper towel, then add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water).
Once the sauce boils, add the bean sprouts and chives. Cover with a lid and simmer over low-medium heat for about 2 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Serve with raw eggs on the side for dipping.
