- 200g sundae (Korean blood sausage)
- 1 serving udon noodles
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 2 cabbage leaves, sliced
- 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 perilla leaves, sliced
- A dash of chili oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the cabbage, onion, green onion, garlic, and perilla leaves.
Soak the udon noodles in hot water to loosen them.
Heat chili oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic, onion, green onion, and cabbage.
Add sundae and udon noodles to the pan and stir-fry together.
Mix in the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until well combined.
Plate the dish and garnish with sliced perilla leaves.
