INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 🧅 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 🥕 1 tbsp finely chopped carrot
- 🌰 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 🌰 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
Dry-fry the tofu in a pan without oil until the moisture evaporates.
Add oil generously and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
Finely chop onion, carrot, almonds, and walnuts, preparing 1 tbsp each.
In a separate pan, dry-fry the onion and carrot until their moisture evaporates.
Combine all seasonings in the pan and simmer over low heat.
Add the fried tofu, almonds, and walnuts to the sauce and stir well.
Cook until the sauce thickens, then sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
