INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🧅 1/3 onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- A dash of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the bacon strips.
When the bacon is almost cooked, add the chopped onion and stir-fry.
Once the onion is halfway cooked, pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.
Cook until the sauce is absorbed into the ingredients, then remove from heat.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice and top with an egg yolk.
