- 200g boiled bamboo shoots
Coating
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the bamboo shoots into 7mm thick slices. For the bottom part, cut into 7mm thick pieces and then quarter them. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Place the bamboo shoots and all-purpose flour in a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated bamboo shoots and pan-fry for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and stir to coat the bamboo shoots evenly.
