- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🥛 Enough milk to soak chicken
- 1 handful glass noodles
Braised Sauce Ingredients
- 1 shot glass soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 shot glass sugar
- 💧 1 shot glass water
- 1/2 shot glass cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Enough sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Soak thawed chicken tenderloin in milk for 30 minutes to remove odors.
Dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces and chop green onion.
Soak glass noodles in cold water until softened.
Rinse the chicken tenderloin after soaking and boil in water for 10 minutes to remove impurities.
Prepare the braised sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, water, cooking wine, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Place pre-boiled chicken tenderloin, diced potatoes, and braised sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Once the liquid reduces, lower the heat to medium-low and continue simmering.
Add soaked glass noodles and chopped green onion when the sauce is almost fully reduced. Simmer briefly.
