- 500g pork ribs
- 320ml cola
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Wash the pork ribs thoroughly under clean water to remove impurities, then add 1 tbsp of cooking wine.
Add 320ml of cola to the ribs and cook until tender. Cola helps soften the meat and removes odors.
Once the ribs are 2/3 cooked, rinse them under water. Clean the wok with a kitchen towel to remove any residue.
Mix 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp plum extract, and 1 tsp minced garlic to create the sauce.
Simmer the ribs in the sauce over medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
