- 1 block tofu, diced
- 3 tbsp frying mix
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Place frying mix in a plastic bag and add tofu cubes. Shake gently to coat evenly.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, ketchup, and corn syrup in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated tofu cubes until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and simmer until it bubbles lightly.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and stir gently to coat evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the tofu nuggets warm as a snack, side dish, or main course.
