- 🥓 400g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Heat a wok or large pan over high heat and add the thinly sliced pork belly.
Chop the green onions into large pieces and set aside.
Stir-fry the pork belly until it is evenly cooked.
Add the chopped green onions to the pan and continue stir-frying over high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium and stir-fry the pork belly until it turns golden brown.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork becomes glossy.
Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry until the pork is evenly coated.
Once the pork is fully cooked and coated in the sauce, remove it from the heat.
Serve the stir-fried pork belly over a bowl of warm rice.
