INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 8 slices (200g) thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack (100g) enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 pack (100g) chrysanthemum greens
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut the chrysanthemum greens into 5cm pieces.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and potato starch evenly over each slice of pork. Place 1/8 of the chrysanthemum greens and enoki mushrooms at one end of the pork slice and roll tightly. Repeat for all 8 slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the rolls.
