- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g Chinese cabbage (1/8 head)
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms (1/2 pack)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand after trimming the root.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the pork and shimeji mushrooms until the pork changes color.
Add the Chinese cabbage and mix well to coat with oil.
Add all the seasonings (☆), bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
