- 6 dumplings
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Pan-fry the dumplings until golden brown.
Chop the green onion and onion into small pieces. Optionally, slice red chili for added spice.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, corn syrup, and water to create the sauce.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté the green onion and onion until translucent.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add the fried dumplings to the pan and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
