Meat
- 200g pork loin
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp sushi vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 💧 50ml water
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Cut onion into three sections along the fibers and separate. Halve the red bell pepper, remove seeds and stem, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sweet and sour sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, fry onion for 20-30 seconds, and remove. Fry red bell pepper for 15 seconds and remove.
Fry pork pieces until crispy, turning occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
Remove oil from the pan, clean it, and add the sweet and sour sauce. Simmer over medium-low heat until bubbling, then add vegetables and pork, tossing to coat.
