- 🍗 300g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Chicken Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips after removing the stem and seeds.
Thinly slice the chicken breast and marinate with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Mix the sweet and sour sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and cornstarch) in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until fully cooked, approximately 5 minutes. Add red bell pepper and bean sprouts, stir-frying for 1 minute until softened.
Add the sweet and sour sauce to the pan and stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
