INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leek, cut into 3cm pieces
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the leek into 3cm pieces and slice the pork belly into bite-sized chunks.
Mix all the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, and water) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork belly. Stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the leek to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, increase to medium heat, and cook until the sauce thickens and clings to the ingredients.
