- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken wings at the joint into two pieces.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) and chicken wings into the pressure cooker.
Close the lid and heat on medium until pressure builds, then cook on low for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Open the lid and heat on medium to thicken the sauce while coating the chicken wings. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
