    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 💧 2 tbsp water

Cut pork soft bones into 1.5cm wide pieces. Place them in a bowl, add sake, salt, pepper, and grated ginger. Massage and let sit for 10 minutes. Coat with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, about 2cm deep. Fry the pork pieces for 5–6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Drain the oil from the frying pan and wipe lightly with kitchen paper. Add the sweet and spicy sauce ingredients, mix, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the fried pork and coat evenly.
