INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍖 150g ground beef
- 🍢 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🌿 50g chives, chopped
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Chop the chives into 2cm pieces and pat dry the tofu with kitchen paper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Tear the tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well. Add the chives and stir-fry until the flavors are well combined.
