- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (200g), sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Mix with sake in a bowl.
Cut off both ends of the zucchini and slice into 1cm thick rounds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add zucchini and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry until well combined.
