- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants (240g)
- 🧅 10cm green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2.5 tbsp yakiniku sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, keeping the stems intact. Mince the green onion and ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the eggplants skin-side down and cook until browned on both sides. Cover with a lid and steam on low heat for about 5 minutes until tender.
In a microwave-safe container, mix ground pork, minced green onion, ginger, sake, and yakiniku sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until the pork is cooked. Stir well.
Arrange the eggplants skin-side down on a plate, creating a hollow in the center. Divide the sweet and spicy minced pork evenly among the eggplants and garnish with chopped green onion.
