- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Mix ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, corn syrup, and water to create the sauce.
Soak rice cakes in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them.
Heat a pan with oil and pan-fry the rice cakes until golden brown on medium heat.
Add any additional ingredients like cooked meat or fish cakes to the pan and warm them slightly.
Remove the rice cakes and additional ingredients from the pan and set aside.
