INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, white sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
