- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Egg
- 🥚 8 quail eggs (boiled)
Vegetable
- 1/2 slice of ginger with skin
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Slice the ginger thinly.
Cut the octopus into 2cm wide pieces.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water) and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the octopus and quail eggs to the pot. Cover with a drop lid and regular lid, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the dish cool to room temperature in the pot.
