    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.

Boil water in a pot, add the konjac, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add the pork belly, and cook until the color changes. Add the konjac and stir-fry until coated with oil.
