Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) and mix well. Add the prepared vegetables and tofu, cover with a lid, and simmer for 3 minutes.
