INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef belly
Vegetables
- 200g yam, sliced
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, chopped
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Mix the beef with the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Cut the yam into 1cm slices and chop the green onions diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef over medium heat until its color changes.
Add the yam and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the seasoning and cook until the liquid is reduced.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
