Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove seeds and membranes, and slice thinly. Slice the onion thinly.
In a bowl, mix the beef with salt, pepper, and cornstarch, massaging it well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes.
Add the bell peppers and onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) and stir to coat everything evenly.
