- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🥔 300g potatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes.
Cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until the skin becomes crispy. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Add the potatoes to the pan, stir over medium heat until the oil coats everything evenly, then add the seasoning mixture and stir until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
