INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm widths.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and press lightly with a spatula to sear. Once browned, break apart and flip to cook the other side until browned.
Add cabbage and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the oil coats the vegetables, then cover and steam for about 1 minute.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until well combined.
