- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Soak the salted jellyfish in a bowl of water for the time indicated on the package to remove excess salt. Drain well.
Cut the green onion into thin diagonal slices and mince the garlic.
Boil water in a frying pan, blanch the jellyfish briefly, then rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Wipe the frying pan dry with a paper towel, heat sesame oil, and stir-fry the pork and garlic over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the jellyfish and green onion to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well.
