- 3 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Separate the shiitake mushroom caps from the stems, slice the caps thinly, and tear the stems into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and cook over medium heat until the liquid reduces and coats the ingredients.
