INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch komatsuna, chopped
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the komatsuna into 3cm pieces, slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces, and julienne the carrot.
Place the pork, salt, pepper, and cornstarch into a plastic bag and mix well.
Mix the sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork mixture, and stir-fry until cooked. Add the carrot and green onion, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the komatsuna and prepared sauce to the pan, and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
