INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetable
- 50g shirataki noodles
- 🌱 3 green beans
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook green beans for 1 minute. Remove and set aside. In the same pot, boil shirataki noodles for 2 minutes and drain.
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them diagonally into 4 pieces. Cut shirataki noodles into 5cm lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add shirataki noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang) and stir-fry for 1 minute until well combined. Add green beans and mix thoroughly.
